'What does Ultimate mean to you?'

Trust. Ultimate is a game of trust; teamwork is crucial, no one man plays alone.

When you flick to someone cutting in or running deep, trust that s/he will catch it.
When you run towards the handler, trust that the disc will be put nicely to you.
When you are having a hard time flicking the disc forward, trust that a dump will be behind for you.
