i've always loved lifehouse's blind.



i've always thought i knew what the lyrics meant.
but no.



His dad left his mom, his sister and himself and it had a huge impact on him. Some of his songs reflect his feelings about that. His father is a marriage counselor!

the acoustic version's super uber nice too. :DDDD

i love the guitar in this song. :DDD omgg i wanna learn guitarrrrr. though it doesnt have fantastic or wowing guitar riffs (like what tom kaulitz (!!!) always does in tokio hotel's songs.) but the guitar part is calming and soothing enough. love love love. :D

i feel so dumb.
all the while i've thought it was fake, but no. suddenly it's true. and it's the truth that's been staring back in my face all along.
just that i've been too blind, or maybe just in denial to acknowledge it.
