and i realised that maybe deep down inside, even for those who are superduper adventurous and are risk takers, maybe we all want that certainty in life. this sort of certainty is knowing that there will always be someone there for you to share your joys and sorrows with, someone to congratulate you on even the smallest achievements cause it's the little things that you feel really proud of, someone to lend a helping hand or a shoulder to cry on, someone to cheer you up when you're feeling so pissed with yourself and to tell you that everything will be alright, someone to give you hugs especially when you need them, someone to wish you goodnight before you go to sleep even when it's like 3am and everyone else has gone to bed, or maybe just someone to hang out with especially when the whole world has no time for you. it doesn't have to be that same someone in particular, but more like having that close set of people to always be there for you.

anyway, maybe, if that quote speaks the truth, then with that faith that everything will be okay in the end, with that certainty in mind, we won't be so scared to live, won't be so scared to love, won't be so scared to do things that we fear we might regret doing, or not doing. everything will work out in the end.
